Built by a Richmond couple on one idea: a customer should come away feeling heard, informed and sure they picked right.

I'm Eric. My wife and I have built a life in Richmond because we fell in love with The River City. Entrepreneurship is a passion of mine and it runs in the family.

We started Richmond Water Pros because we wanted something of our own that we could stand behind. We both care a lot about how we eat and how we train, and water is the one thing every house relies on. We want people to feel confident about what is coming out of their taps.

Here is what we want a customer to tell a neighbor a week after the install: they showed up when they said they would, they explained what was in the water and what the system does instead of pushing a sale, they respected the house, and the price they quoted was the price. If we get that right, the company grows the way it should.
